Camera phones have surely come a long way from their VGA days, and these days it is not uncommon to find special lenses in these handsets although they aren’t up to par with a dedicated digital camera just yet. ArcSoft aims to bridge the gap at MWC by introducing three new technologies - the FaceTracking, Smile Detection and Blink Detection categories which will be explained in greater detail after the jump.
